
Anne is an international trainer and coach whose expertise lies in
unleashing human potential in individuals as well as in people developers
in the belief that we each have the capacity of “creating the
world to which we want to belong. “ (Robert Dilts)
Coming from the coal mining North of England, Anne chose to begin
this work as a teacher in disadvantaged communities in the UK and
later abroad. Through the eighties with her own development and
study of social science, she went on to teach at all levels of education
up to University and into the world of work, always with a passion
and increasing competence in enabling others to stretch beyond current
perceived limitations.
In the nineties, as an associate training consultant with People
Potential (PP), Anne studied and taught some of
the best learning technologies available, namely, NLP (Neuro-linguistic
Programming), Accelerated Learning and Multiple Intelligence Theory.
She leads the Transforming
Trainers programme, designed on PP’s Accelerative
Learning curriculum to holistically build capacity in educators
in public, college, corporate & community organisations.
Since 2000, Anne has focussed more intensely on NLP training and
coaching. She facilitates public NLP Practitioner & bespoke
NLP programmes in the North of England as well as abroad. Her heart-mind
commitment to life-long holistic learning, and her skill as a trainer
and life-coach ensure that learning in her workshops is practical,
enjoyable and invariably transformational!
Over a 25 year period Anne has worked with: London and Manchester
LEAs, CfBT, UMIST, The British Council, UN University at Maastricht
and People Potential. Her consulting clients include: PriceWaterhouseCoopers,
Sony Corporation, Agilent Technologies, Merrill Lynch, Hilton hotels,
American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, AIA, TNT, Malaysian Airlines,
WWF, Women’s & Human Rights Organisations, Schools &
Colleges and many many wonderful individuals in one-to-one sessions
or on public programmes.
Anne works in the UK, particularly in Northern England and Scotland.
Inter nationally, she works in Malaysia, Singapore, Bangkok, Hongkong,
New Zealand and Mauritius.
